I’m Amy Elizabeth, a Nervous System and Energy Guide based in Hastings.
I support highly perceptive, sensitive women who feel overwhelmed, anxious or constantly “on edge” to feel safe in their bodies- because safety is where healing begins.
You might already be aware of your patterns, have been healing but something still feels off. You feel everything deeply, pick up on the energy of others and environments. You may call yourself an ‘empath’.
No matter how much you understand and intellectualise your patterns, it doesn’t always translate into feeling calm, clear or grounded in your day-to-day life.
This is where my work begins. You cannot think your way into safety and with this in mind; I focus on your nervous system and the energetics of your body, helping you experience safety in a real, felt way- not just as an idea.
From that place, self-trust starts to return.
The chatter in your mind quiets down and your system starts to soften. You’re then able to move through life with more clarity and connection to yourself.
The thread that runs through my work is simple: You already know what is right for you. But when your system feels overwhelmed or unsafe, that knowing becomes hard to access.
I’m here to support you in reconnecting with that inner guidance- and building a life that actually reflects it.
My work has been shaped by my own journey through grief, chronic illness and deep personal transformation. I know what it feels like to live in survival mode and I know what it takes to move towards safety, self-trust and a life that feels like your own.
This is not a space for force, pressure or performative healing. This is a space where your system can settle. Where nothing needs to be rushed and where real, lasting change can begin.

These practices are woven together within my 1:1 work as a responsive, personalised process.
Each session is guided by your nervous system, your energy and what you need in the moment- sometimes focusing on one approach, and sometimes gently integrating several.
You don’t need to understand any of these modalities.
You just need to come as you are.
This work is for you if you’re tired of understanding everything mentally, but still not feeling safe or settled in your body.
